
Showgear Limited, an Audio-Visual Sales and Engineering company, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies/inventory and place orders when necessary
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment including but not limited to booking cleaning services as needed
- Maintains records, documentation and files, particularly more confidential and sensitive files.
- Support coordination of office activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policy.
- Ensure that all studio equipment is in working order before and after use
- Oversees and ensures efficient office administration.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
- Assists staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
- Assist colleagues where necessary
Qualification and Competence
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field of study.
- Minimum of 4 years related work experience
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- Strong project and team management skill
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
Remuneration
- This is based on experience and skill set.
