Showgear Limited, an Audio-Visual Sales and Engineering company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies/inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment including but not limited to booking cleaning services as needed
  • Maintains records, documentation and files, particularly more confidential and sensitive files.
  • Support coordination of office activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policy.
  • Ensure that all studio equipment is in working order before and after use
  • Oversees and ensures efficient office administration.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
  • Assists staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
  • Assist colleagues where necessary

Qualification and Competence

  • HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field of study.
  • Minimum of 4 years related work experience
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Strong project and team management skill
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.

Remuneration

  • This is based on experience and skill set.
