In addition, our prolific manpower cuts across the 36 states in Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Managing office supplies and inventory and ordering new supplies as needed
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Facilitating intra-office communication.
  • Handling correspondence and documentation.
  • Ensuring efficient operation of office procedures.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents as required.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND holder in a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience as an administrative officer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary

  • N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
