Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee office procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Record Management: Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2-5 years of experience in administrative roles or office management.

Salary
40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
