Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Lagos

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Officer located in Lagos.
  • The Admin Officer will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, provide administrative assistance, and ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Duties include handling communications, organizing office procedures, assisting customers, and maintaining orderly records and files.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • 2 – 3 years experience with office management software is a plus
  • Skills in General Administration and Organization
  • Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication and Organization Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
