We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin & MIS In-charge

Location: Gujeni, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Management:
    • Oversee daily activities and attendance of workmen, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
    • Address and resolve workforce grievances promptly.
    • Facilitate smooth coordination between workers, supervisors, and management.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, including factory laws, labor laws, and safety guidelines.
  • Plant Operations Support:
    • Coordinate with plant management to ensure adequate resources, materials, and manpower are available for uninterrupted operations.
    • Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.

MIS Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Reporting:
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.
  • System Optimization:
    • Design and implement effective reporting systems to streamline data collection and improve accuracy.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with MIS tools and software.
  • Decision Support:
    • Provide actionable insights based on MIS reports to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Safety:

  • Ensure all workmen adhere to safety protocols and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • A diploma or certification in Management Information Systems or HR Management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role with MIS responsibilities, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in MIS tools, database management, and reporting software (e.g., Excel, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a high-pressure environment.
