Job Title: Admin / Human Resources Officer

Description
- Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about human resources and administration? We are hiring a reliable Admin/HR Officer to support our daily operations and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies
- Monitor staff attendance, leave, and performance
- Organize trainings, meetings, and staff engagement activities
- Provide support to management on HR and administrative matters.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related fields
- Must have 1–2 years experience in an Admin/HR role
- Proficient in MS Office and HR tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
- Must reside in Lugbe or nearby areas.
