We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin / Human Resources Officer

Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about human resources and administration? We are hiring a reliable Admin/HR Officer to support our daily operations and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave, and performance
  • Organize trainings, meetings, and staff engagement activities
  • Provide support to management on HR and administrative matters.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related fields
  • Must have 1–2 years experience in an Admin/HR role
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
  • Must reside in Lugbe or nearby areas.
