Job Description
- The Admin/HR Officer manages employee records, payroll, recruitment, and general office administration.
- This role ensures compliance with labor laws and supports staff welfare and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Maintain up-to-date staff records and payroll systems.
- Ensure labor law and policy compliance.
- Manage leave, attendance, and disciplinary processes.
- Support administrative tasks across departments.
KPIs
- Time to fill vacant roles (days).
- Employee turnover rate.
- Payroll accuracy and timeliness.
- Compliance audit score (% compliance).
- Staff satisfaction index (via surveys).
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in HR/Admin, especially in manufacturing, utilities, or water-sector environments.
- Proficient with HRIS systems, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Nigerian labor laws and regulatory standards.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Self-driven, capable of working independently, and adept at handling stress and competing priorities.
Salary
N100,000 – N130,000 gross monthly.
