Our services include the sales of quality luxury hair extensions and custom wigs, hair styling, hair braiding, hair consultation, nail fixing, manicures, pedicures, makeup, and many other services that pertain to every classy lady’s beauty needs.

To further buttress our passion for opulent beauty practices, we have an academy for beginner, intermediate, and advanced beauty specialists. We offer the most thorough curriculum for hairstyling, braiding, and other beauty skills in a comfortable setting. Giving complete practical and theoretical knowledge on our subjects and ensuring a remarkable level of expertise upon graduation.

Job Summary

  • The customer care representative can handle the dual responsibilities of managing high-end clients and students while managing the secretarial administration of the academy.

Requirements

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with high-end clients, students, and parents both in person and over the phone, email, or social media.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Experience:Familiarity with CRM systems to manage client and student databases, appointment scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Skills:A friendly demeanor,patience,and the ability to handle client and student inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a professional manner while finding effective solutions.
  • Multitasking and Organizational Abilities: Capability to manage both salon clients and academy students, ensuring smooth scheduling, class management, and seamless service coordination without delays.
  • Knowledge of Beauty Industry Products and Services: A good understanding of the salon’s offerings, treatments, and products, as well as the academy’s course details, to provide accurate information and guide potential clients and students.
  • Sales and Upselling Skills:The ability to promote additional services, beauty products,and courses at the salon and academy, contributing to overall business growth.
  • Tech-Savvy with Social Media and Booking Platforms:Experience managing online bookings, responding to inquiries via social media platforms, and assisting with digital marketing efforts to promote services and courses.
