We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Assistant

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the management and operations teams.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and job reports for janitorial and facility management contracts.
  • Maintain updated records of client contracts, staff rosters, and site assignments.
  • Track attendance, leave, and deployment schedules for janitorial staff.
  • Coordinate internal communication between office and field staff.
  • Manage office correspondence, calls, and emails professionally.
  • Prepare and maintain administrative and operational documents, including invoices, requisitions, and memos.
  • Monitor office supplies and support procurement requests for janitorial materials.
  • Support HR and operations in staff documentation and record-keeping.
  • Assist in planning meetings, trainings, and company events.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized, professional, and conducive to productive work.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND with 2 – 5 years of experience.

Salary
N30,000 – N40,000 / month.
