Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the management and operations teams.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and job reports for janitorial and facility management contracts.
- Maintain updated records of client contracts, staff rosters, and site assignments.
- Track attendance, leave, and deployment schedules for janitorial staff.
- Coordinate internal communication between office and field staff.
- Manage office correspondence, calls, and emails professionally.
- Prepare and maintain administrative and operational documents, including invoices, requisitions, and memos.
- Monitor office supplies and support procurement requests for janitorial materials.
- Support HR and operations in staff documentation and record-keeping.
- Assist in planning meetings, trainings, and company events.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, professional, and conducive to productive work.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND with 2 – 5 years of experience.
Salary
N30,000 – N40,000 / month.
