About the Role
- We are a dynamic real estate firm seeking a highly motivated Property Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Lagos.
- In this pivotal role, you will be the key liaison between our company and property owners, driving the identification, negotiation, and acquisition of properties for our diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source suitable properties for acquisition that align with the company’s client demands and investment strategies.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential properties, assessing market value, legal status, and other relevant factors.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for property purchases with owners, ensuring optimal outcomes for the company.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and property owners throughout the acquisition process.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of potential properties and owner contacts.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years work experience.
- Proven experience in property acquisition, real estate sales, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent understanding of the Lagos real estate market.
- Ability to conduct effective property research and due diligence.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A strong network within the Lagos property market is a significant advantage.
Salary
N250,000 (NET) Monthly.
