We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Acquisition Lead

Locations: Kano, Osun, Kwara, Delta and Rivers

Summary

  • With thriving hubs in Nigeria and Ghana, we’re rapidly expanding and we would like you to be a part of our journey. 
  • The Acquisition Lead will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact by identifying and onboarding new gig workers onto our platform.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing acquisition strategies to attract qualified riders and drivers, ensuring that our services are accessible to those who need them most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential gig workers through targeted research, outreach, and networking efforts.
  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies to attract new riders and drivers to the Gamma platform.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including gig worker communities, industry partners, and local organizations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute acquisition campaigns and initiatives.
  • Track and analyze acquisition metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to newly onboarded gig workers to ensure seamless integration into the Gamma ecosystem.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact gig workers in the region.
  • Represent Gamma at events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and attract potential partners and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, business expansion strategies, and location-based service launches.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, market expansion, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the gig economy, mobility, or tech sector. 
  • Additional qualifications in project management, real estate, or transportation planning are a plus.
  • Proven experience leading the launch of new services or operations in different cities or regions.
  • Experience negotiating and managing relationships with local government bodies, businesses, fleet owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities, assess competitor strategies, and forecast demand for gig mobility services in new cities.
