Bunmi Adedayo Foundation is a non-profit organization focused and targeted at providing educational support to institutions of learning on primary to secondary levels. The foundations also provide training and support for teachers across all levels to enhance and improve all the learning outcomes of curriculum based learning at the schools in focus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop budgets and financial strategies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and donor reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
- Coordinate procurement and asset management.
Financial Strategy and Management
- Support the Coordinating Manager in developing accounting and financial management strategies, policies and procedures to support the healthy growth and development of the organization
- Define and communicate corporate accounting guidelines, including chart of accounts, periodic closing schedules as well as reporting requirements, in alignment with standards set at Accounts in Shared Services (HOF).
Financial Reporting
- Develop monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (operating statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement), for the head office and all programs.
- Periodically assess the organization’s financial health and make recommendations to the Coordinating Manager and Finance Board on how to improve financial management.
- Develop quarterly budget variance reports and communicate to Coordinating Manager and relevant Program manager / director.
