Job Title: Accountant
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Strategic Objective
- Strengthen financial governance and transparency through meticulous financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal control implementation.
Core Deliverables
- Oversee monthly and quarterly financial closing processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and statutory deadlines.
- Prepare detailed management accounts, variance analyses, and financial forecasts to support executive decision-making.
- Manage tax computations, remittances, and filing obligations (VAT, PAYE, WHT, Company Income Tax).
- Perform account reconciliations and enforce internal controls to prevent fraud, leakages, and misstatements.
- Support budget development cycles and track performance against projections.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and serve as the finance team’s interface during both internal and external audits.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of financial accounting experience with demonstrated audit exposure.
- Proficient in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, or similar platforms).
- Strong command of Excel for financial modeling and data interpretation.
- Zero tolerance for inaccuracy; values integrity, confidentiality, and precision.
Monthly Salary Range
N300,000 – N350,000 / month.
