Description
- Our client, a Real Estate company, is seeking an experienced Accountant with strong administrative skills to manage financial operations, maintain accurate accounting records, and oversee administrative tasks.
- The ideal candidate will handle financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance while supporting general office administration and coordination.
Scope of Work
- Manage and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank statements, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses to aid business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts for strategic planning.
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain employee payment records.
- Coordinate and provide documentation for audits.
- Manage administrative duties such as office coordination, record-keeping, and supporting team operations.
- Track and report real estate-related financial data, including property expenses and rental income.
Key Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND in Accounting or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, including exposure to administrative tasks.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage.
Salary
N150,000 / Month
