About The Role

  • As an Account Specialist, you’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships with our Bolt Business clients, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction. 
  • You’ll manage a portfolio of SME/SMB accounts, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate across teams to provide tailored solutions. 
  • This is a high-impact role where communication, strategic thinking, and execution go hand-in-hand.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing Bolt Business clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Respond to client queries via email, phone, and other channels in a timely manner.
  • Create account plans aimed at growing volume and value, including upselling new features.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to acquire, onboard new clients, and manage existing ones.
  • Work with international teams to address local client needs and issues.
  • Identify and implement scalable solutions to drive portfolio growth using automation and multi-channel communication.

About You

  • You have 1+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales roles.
  • You excel in communication, both written and verbal, and are confident interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
  • You have strong relationship management skills and are highly organized in managing tasks and priorities.
  • You’re a proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and a sense of ownership.
  • You have experience with account planning and identifying upsell opportunities based on client needs.
  • You are comfortable working with international, cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and automation tools – experience is a plus.
  • You’re fluent in English.
