We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Douglas Owerri, Imo
Job Description
- Ensure the effectiveness of the Account payable process which includes checking of documents, cost, approvals and payments.
- To liaise with customers, vendors, bankers, consultants, FIRS/LIRS or other government officials for data and other matters.
- Responding to requests for information and resolving issues swiftly.
- Following up with payments and bill submission.
- Provide necessary documentation and support during internal audits.
- Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile payments
- Manage invoices and ensure that payments are made according to the company policies.
- Experience in data and vendor management.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting or Banking finance from an accredited university or polytechnic with at least 2 years of experience as an Account officer/ clerk or Assistant in a well-regarded organization.
Benefits
- Salary: N90,000 Monthly.
