We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Kano state

Job Descriptions
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals and invoices.
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statement and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Managing company’s accounts payable and receivable.
- Sending bills and invoices to clients.
- Tracking organization expenses and conducting regular audit to ensure financial compliance with tax regulations.
- Working with collection agencies on overdue payments.
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments.
- Review, forecast, and provide advice and assistance with restructuring and updating business operations and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
- Ensure all client submissions internally and externally meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Certificate: BSc. Accounting
Experience: 2-3 Years required
