Job Title: Account Manager – B2B (Business-to-Business)
Locations: Lekki and Mainland – Lagos

Job Summary
- The B2B Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities.
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales or client relationship management, is results-driven, and thrives in a performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Understand clients’ business needs and present tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, operations, finance) to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
- Handle contract negotiations and renewals.
- Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting.
- Attend industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to strengthen business relationships.
- Stay informed on market trends, competition, and customer insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in B2B account management, sales, or client service.
- Strong understanding of business development and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
