Job Title: Account Executive

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage our accounts and financial transactions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling transactions, and supporting financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Process financial transactions, including payments, bank reconciliations, and expense reports. Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and assist with financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards. Assist with internal and external audits as required.
  • Manage relationships with clients and vendors, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar financial role. Experience with accounting software and financial reporting is essential.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
