Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Ile-de-France Field Coordinator, you will contribute to the definition and ensure the implementation of the support and assistance strategy for the partners of the Mission France in Ile-de-France.
In this context, your responsibilities will be to:
Contribute to the definition of the strategy and support activities for the partners of the Ile-de-France base
Ensure the deployment of support activities for the partners of the Ile-de-France base
Support the capitalization and reporting of field information for reporting, communication and advocacy purposes
Manage and supervise the team: the activities of civic service volunteers and/or volunteers as well as a Project Assistant – Intern / Alternate, and take part in the life of the Ile de France base team

When you take up your position, your priorities will be to:
Conduct and finalize work related to supporting ongoing partnerships
Speak publicly to present/present the results of projects/surveys
Strengthen the various collective inter-actor dynamics already initiated
Frame new future partnerships and possible project proposals
Ensure the integration of an intern (over 6 months)

Profile:

You hold a Master 1 or 2 in general education (international relations, political science, etc.) and/or in specialized education (human sciences, nutrition, food, food security, territorial engineering, social design, public policies, project evaluation, etc.).
You have at least 6 years of experience in project/program management, social assistance, food democracy, and/or protection and access to essential services and rights in France. This experience has included development, network and partnership animation, coordination of actors (associative and institutional), public speaking and external representation; in the fields of food security, nutrition, and/or monitoring and evaluation.
You also have experience in developing and facilitating workshops or meetings, adult training, and you have skills in data management, collection, storage, analysis and graphic enhancement.
You are familiar with the functioning of local authorities, public policies for social protection and the fight against food insecurity, as well as the challenges of the food system in France, with an interest in collective intelligence and popular education processes.

Conditions of employment

Status: Integrated Executive – Fixed-term contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 37K to 44K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days per year of paid leave and 21 days of RTT
