Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger worldwide. Assignment :
Your role will be to provide support to the Country Director and his/her Deputies in the implementation of ACF programs in Côte d’Ivoire.
More specifically, your missions will be to:
Participate in the definition of the Country strategy
Manage the implementation of programs
Supervise and support the team of Field Coordinators, Consortium and Emergency Coordinators
Participate in ensuring the compliance of the mission with internal and donor procedures
Under the authority of the Country Director, ensure the operational management of the mission, in particular the implementation of the mission action plan and reporting related to your role
You will manage a team of 6 people.

Profile:
You hold a Master’s degree in project management, organization management or any other relevant field and you have at least one successful experience as a Field Coordinator for an international NGO, in a difficult context or in a similar position.
You have proven experience in leadership, strategic management and operational planning, complexity management, programs (multi-sectoral, budgetary, emergency and development), senior staff, security in complex and volatile contexts.
You know and are comfortable with the donor rules of the French Development Agency, USAID, Global Affairs Canada (AMC).
Honest and honest, you have good adaptability, performance monitoring, effective team management, as well as stress, emotional intelligence and complexity. You have interpersonal, writing, listening and communication skills, and a sense of diplomacy. You
are fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
Conditions of employment
For international candidates:
Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2899 to 3376 euros depending on experience, including 13th month
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Increase in basic salary: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 649 euros net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 150 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
Transport and accommodation: Coverage of travel and collective accommodation
Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + supplementary health insurance) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance arrangements (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; cover for the ticket with a ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR

Gross monthly salary: 2,164,563 CFA francs, or approximately 3,300 euros/month
Non-taxable monthly transport allowance: 30,000 FCF
Health insurance for the employee + dependents up to 6 people per family at a rate of 90% coverage.
