Job Title: Workshop Supervisor
Locations: Agbara, Ogun & Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time
Responsibilities
- Planning maintenance schedules and activities to minimize downtime.
- Prioritizing work schedules for repairs, rebuilds, and maintenance.
- Directing and supervising workshop staff.
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S policies.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop.
- Managing and reporting workplace incidents and safety breaches.
- Sourcing quotes for materials and supplies.
- Scoping and estimating costs and timeframes for maintenance work.
- Reviewing completed works.
- Inputting data into spreadsheets and workshop management software.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in any related field
- Proven experience as a workshop supervisor
- Good engineering practice and able to use measuring equipment
- Supervisory experience good leadership, motivation and team building skills
- Good Microsoft office/IT experience, MS Office.
