Job Description
- Responsible for the conceptualization, development and deployment of all Financial Inclusion products.
- Co-ordinate product roadmaps design processes.
- Evaluate and ensure successful implementation of product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (designers, developers, channels support officers, sales team, operations team, assurance officers, and other product managers) to take products ideas from concept to launch.
- Supervise the determination of customer needs/preferences and collect accurate feedback through customer engagement tools.
- Supervise the implementation of enriching and Market-fit propositions on the Mobile Wallet channel.
- Determine the appropriate product pricing.
- Responsible for maintaining the quality, competitiveness and profitability of product portfolio.
- Formulate suitable metrics to measure product performance.
- Provide strategic support to cross-functional teams (Sales & Distributions team) in executing growth plans.
Requirements
Education:
- B Sc. in relevant discipline
- Additional Professional Certification is an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience (Financial Services/Payments/Sales/Brand Management/Marketing/Operations).
