Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced, hardworking, and highly principled Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead the operations of our resort’s restaurant and bar.
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, calculative, and skilled in managing large teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of high-end hospitality standards.
Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets including fine dining restaurants, bars, and room service.
- Lead, motivate, and manage large teams to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability through strategic planning and effective resource allocation.
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective supply management.
- Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction through quality control, swift resolution of complaints, and personalized service.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create promotions and special events that enhance the resort’s F&B profile.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to promote professional growth and maintain high standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Prepare regular operational and financial reports for senior management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing food and beverage operations in large, five-star luxury hotels or resorts. Please do not apply if you do not have the required years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong financial skills including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- In-depth understanding of restaurant and bar operations, standards, and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Highly principled with integrity and the ability to enforce compliance and ethical standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related fields preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
