Job Summary
- We are expanding our team and are currently seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the vacant positions in our Lagos Office. The desired candidates should be driven and passionate female professionals who are ready to join our dynamic team immediately.
- The Operations Manager will oversee cross-departmental activities, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
- She must demonstrate strong technical proficiency, a data-driven mindset, and leadership that promotes productivity and workplace harmony.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities across the organization to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize operations CRM and IT tools to manage workflows and monitor performance.
- Analyse digital marketing and content performance metrics to inform operational strategies.
- Lead teams effectively, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Ensure effective reporting and communication with management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar operational or managerial role.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, productivity software, and digital analytics platforms.
- Experience in digital marketing and data interpretation.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
