Summary

- Are you a senior regulatory leader with proven experience navigating complex African markets and driving innovation within FMCG?
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a regulatory affairs team across Africa, supporting product launches and innovation.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance for ingredients, packaging, claims, and promotional materials.
- Anticipate and influence regulatory change, building strong relationships with authorities, NGOs, and industry bodies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across supply chain, legal, and commercial to deliver compliant, timely projects.
- Represent Monster Energy in regional industry and regulatory forums, shaping policy and advancing the company’s agenda.
About You
- Nigerian citizen with a NAFDAC-recognised scientific degree (Food Science/Technology, Nutrition or related).
- Extensive experience in regulatory affairs, technical operations, or FMCG supply chain.
- Strategic thinker with a strong track record in leading regulatory affairs across multiple African markets.
- Excellent communicator, confident engaging with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Willingness to travel (up to 50% locally and internationally).
