Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Surulere, Lagos.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, such as bread, cakes, and pastries, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, cakes, and pastries to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Monitor ingredient levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and meet customer demands
- Develop and implement new recipes and products to stay ahead of trends and customer preferences
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
- 2+ years of experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery or similar environment
- Proven experience with baking bread, cakes, and pastries
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and recipes
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / Month.
