Summary
- The Business Analyst Manager is responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts to identify, analyze, and implement data-driven solutions that optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.
- The role demands strong analytical expertise, leadership ability, and a solid understanding of retail operations and market dynamics.
- The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure effective requirements management, and promote data accuracy and innovation in business analysis practices.

Experience & Qualifications

- 3 – 5 years experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the retail industry is highly preferred.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
- Project Management (PMP) is an added advantage.
