Job Summary
- We are seeking experienced and target-driven Relationship Managers to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships within their assigned regions.
- The ideal candidates must possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and relevant experience within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain profitable customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve set sales targets.
- Cross-sell banking products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc (2:2) or HND (Upper Credit) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 credits in WAEC/SSCE/WASC.
- Relevant banking experience (ABO to AM level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales track record with a target-driven mindset.
