Job Title: Head, Sales / CRM

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Supervise the sales team by setting sales targets, quotas and performance metrics to ensure they create and maintain businesses, meeting and exceeding their targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and objectives to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, target markets, and customer segments based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and business objectives.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation
- Implement sales forecasting and pipeline management processes to accurately predict sales revenues, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct research to identify new market and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with existing & prospective clients.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate new businesses and raise awareness of company products and services.
- Maintain quality and productive relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Work with management in developing marketing campaigns to support sales strategy.
- Adhere to all quality standards and processes for the acquisition of customers and opportunities.
- Manage accounts and meet or exceed targeted limits.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Business/Marketing related courses, Master’s Degree is a plus. Â
- Preferable with at least 8 – 10 years experience in HMO is a must.Â
Functional / Technical:
- Apt administrative skills
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Tools & CRM software packages.
- Good negotiation skills

- Excellent presentation skills
- Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS).
