Job Title: Service Executive – Adhoc Staff
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with inquiries, opening and closing accounts, and handling requests for cards and online banking services.
- Executing daily transactions, including processing ATM/debit card requests, and handling payments and billers.
- Ensuring proper documentation and data entry, handling document control, and processing or dispatching documents like PIN mailers.
- Preparing reports, performing reconciliation of accounts, and assisting with daily and periodic returns.
- Ensuring adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and other compliance requirements.
Requirements
- OND/NCE
- Competency in English, customer service skills, and attention to detail are essential.
