Job Description

  • As a SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our financial systems through SAP, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational efficiency.
  • This role demands strong functional expertise, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.

Key Deliverables

  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting concepts and principles.
  • Quick understanding of business requirements and process design capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • In-depth expertise in the SAP FICO module, with a clear understanding of various FICO processes.
  • Configure, test, support, and implement SAP FICO solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the Finance module and its sub-modules.
  • Expertise in Product Costing, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, and COPA (Profitability Analysis).
  • Experience in business requirement gathering, Business Blueprint (BBP) preparation, initial stock upload processes, test script/case creation, user manual development, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Ability to prepare functional specifications for various developments.
  • Solid understanding of key integration points with FI/CO modules: FI-MM, FI-SD, CO-PP, FI-CO.
  • Hands-on experience in managing CO-PC (Product Costing), CO-ML$AC (Material Ledger Actual Costing), and COPA.

Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP.
  • Must have completed at least two full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementations.
  • Experience in three to four rollout/support projects is mandatory.
