Summary
- Our client, a reputable Real Estate Investment and Advisory Company, seeks to engage a qualified and result-driven Marketing Executive to join its dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s properties and services, drive sales growth, and enhance brand visibility.
- The role requires a creative and proactive professional with excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s real estate projects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Manage online and offline marketing activities, including social media, digital marketing, and promotional events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare marketing proposals, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Collaborate with the sales and project teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
Requirements / Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing strategies, property sales, and client engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (e.g., social media ads, Canva, CRM platforms).
- Must be result-oriented, confident, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Membership of a recognized marketing body (e.g., NIMN) will be an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
