Job Title: Community Builder and Manager
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
- Develop and manage the company’s online and offline communities by creating engagement strategies, building relationships, and strengthening brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and manage the organization’s community platforms.
- Develop creative campaigns to enhance engagement.
- Respond to inquiries and moderate discussions.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams.
- Monitor and analyze community performance.
- Identify and nurture brand advocates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2 – 4 years’ experience managing online/offline communities.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Creative and passionate about community engagement.
- Knowledge of digital and social media tools.
Salary
N300,000 (Net) monthly.
