Job Title: Chef
Location: Fola Osibo, Lekki – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days: Thursday – Sunday (4PM till late)
Job Summary
- We are looking for a creative and experienced Chef to oversee kitchen operations, prepare high-quality meals, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with both continental and local dishes, strong leadership skills, and a passion for culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare delicious meals according to the lounge’s menu and standards
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and cleanliness
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation consistency
- Manage stock levels and ensure timely procurement of ingredients
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- •ollaborate with management on menu planning and special events.
Requirements & Skills
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / NCE / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chef in a restaurant or lounge
- Excellent knowledge of continental and Nigerian cuisine
- Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- Must maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen
- Must reside within or near Lekki.
Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
