Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating construction costs, preparing bills of quantities, and providing pricing and cost verification services for projects.
- You will ensure cost efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with project and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates for building and road projects
- Perform takeoff, measurement, and valuation of construction works
- Prepare tender and bid documents, and verify project costs and progress
- Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic project and cost reports
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or related field
- 3–4 years’ relevant experience in building and construction projects
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Planswift
- Excellent negotiation, numeracy, and organizational skills
- Membership of a professional surveying body is an added advantage.
