Superior Pharmaceuticals started in Florida, United States 2004 as a retail pharmacy under the name of Superior Pharmacy of Temple Terrace. It grew rapidly and within three years, it was well known and respected in the community and within its peers. It served the community well since inception till 2011 when it relocated to Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales and Business Manager, West

Locations: Kwara and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Successful candidates will be expected to make a significant contribution to the company’s plan to build strong and impregnable brands through effective hospital presence/promotion and awareness creation amongst the healthcare professionals.
  • These professionals will be expected to design and manage policies, standards of performance, measurements, results and activities to ensure optimal productivity of the sales team in their region and to protect the assets of the company.
  • Ensure the regional sales and non-sales objectives of the company are achieved and surpassed
  • Contribute to the growth, development, organizational efficiency and effectiveness of Superior Pharmaceuticals Limited

Requirements

  • B.Pharm / BSc / HND / MSc in (Biological Sciences or Human or Animal Health sciences)
  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role
  • The person should be based in Kwara or Oyo.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
  • Must be efficient, knowledgeable and hard working
  • Must have a high integrity index
  • Ability to drive with proof
