Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • The Office Assistant is responsible for handling a variety of tasks and errands to support daily admin activities and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Key responsibilities include running office errands, picking up supplies, delivering documents, etc.
  • Assisting in sending out parcels, way billing items for the branch.
  • Assisting the cashier in running bank errands.
  • Assist in procurement responsibilities when required. E.g., carry out price surveys, picking up deliveries from vendors, etc.
  • Assist or provide support to the Front desk officer in cases when needed.
  • Assist in the running of errands for staff.
  • To perform any other administrative duties as may be assigned by the Facility maintenance Admin.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.

Salary
N135,000 Monthly.
