Job Title: Marketing Assistant (Field Marketer)
Location: Lagos Island & Alaba – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
- We are seeking energetic Marketing Assistants to join our business development team.
- You will be the face of AA Matthew & Co in local Nigerian communities.
- Your main aim is to build client relationships, promote our services physically, generate leads, and help grow the Nigerian client base.
- You’ll have a base salary plus commission for each client you bring in.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits, meet prospective clients, introduce AA Matthew services.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert prospects into clients.
- Distribute promotional materials; attend networking events, expos, or relevant gatherings.
- Report regularly on client visit outcomes, leads acquired, conversion rates.
- Maintain records of field activity, client contacts, marketing materials.
- Work with the business development / senior marketing team to hit targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: SSCE
- Proven experience in sales / direct marketing / field work is an advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, travel locally and meet targets.
- Good record-keeping, reliability, basic numeracy.
Compensation
- Salary: N60,000 / month.
- Basic salary + commission per client acquired.
