Job Title: Research Assistant

The Role
- Are you an aspiring researcher with a strong interest in education policy? We are looking for a Research Assistant (part time) for a six-month contract. While this role is remote, you should be based in Osun or Oyo State to carry out fieldwork when needed.
- We are seeking a Research Assistant to support our critical fieldwork and data analysis.
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting with field research activities, including data collection.
- Supporting the design and implementation of survey methodologies.
- Analysing research findings and assisting with report preparation.
- Conducting literature reviews related to education and education policy.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- At least a B.Sc Degree is required, with a proven interest in research.
- Postgraduate students may apply.
- Good writing skills.
- A strong, demonstrable interest in education and education policy.
- Interest and/or skill in field research and survey methodologies.
- Should be based in Osun or Oyo State and available to conduct fieldwork when necessary.
Additional Information:
- Commitment: Approximately 20 hours per week.
- Contract: Six months. Renewable subject to performance and funding.
Salary
N50,000 – N55,000 / Month.
