Job Summary
- The Admin & Support Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative, HR, finance, and customer support services.
- This role is crucial in maintaining efficient internal processes, supporting staff welfare, and delivering timely assistance to both employees and users.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, HR coordination, and payroll support functions.
- Maintain and manage vendor, supplier, and travel service contracts.
- Provide frontline support for user and customer queries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Track and report employee compliance, attendance, and welfare matters.
- Manage logistics and arrangements for company events, meetings, and activations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for internal administrative tasks.
- Customer satisfaction ratings for support services.
- Timely and accurate delivery of HR and administrative processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3 years experience in administration, HR, or customer support roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic HR/finance software.
- Familiarity with startup or fast-paced work environments is an added advantage.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
