Job Title: Assistant Head of Human Resources
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing HR policies and programs
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Handle employee relations and grievance resolution
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Contribute to performance management and training initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Basic Training in Employee Relations or Payroll Administration
- Strong understanding of HR operations and labor laws
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and support strategic HR goals
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
