Job Title: Head of Operations
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, warehousing, and logistics.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet performance targets.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on operational planning and execution.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience in operations management within manufacturing.
- Health & Safety Certification (e.g., NEBOSH or OSHA awareness).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain and production planning.
- Proven ability to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
