Overview

  • As a Key Account Manager, you will engage C-level executives and decision-makers, position Wragby as a trusted advisor, and drive business growth by delivering Microsoft solutions and services.
  • You will manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals and account management while ensuring long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer business outcomes.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Drive YoY growth in billed revenue, professional services, and customer lifetime value.
  • Lead sales engagements that deliver digital transformation outcomes.
  • Maintain healthy sales pipelines and exceed revenue targets.
  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring valuable and lasting relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SMB/Corporate Sales, preferably with Microsoft Solutions & Services, Business Applications (Dynamics or SAP).
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with creativity, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
