Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws, driving employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee performance management systems and ensure continuous staff development.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, health, and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement training and capacity-building programs for staff at all levels.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to guide management decision-making.
  • Manage compensation, payroll, and benefits administration effectively.
  • Promote employee engagement, well-being, and company culture.
  • Support management in workforce planning and succession planning.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in HR Management, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Membership/Certification with CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM will be an added advantage.

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 / Month (Net)
