Job Summary

  • In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service, ensuring accuracy in complex international ticketing, and upholding our reputation for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expert Ticketing & Reservations: Create, issue, and manage complex international flight tickets, ensuring full compliance with airline rules and regulations. Handle high-value and intricate itineraries with precision.
  • GDS Proficiency: Utilize your advanced skills in Galileo and Amadeus GDS to make reservations, process exchanges, refunds, and manage PNRs efficiently.
  • Customer & Agent Support: Provide expert support to travel agents and corporate clients, resolving ticketing issues, advising on fare rules, and offering optimal routing solutions.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct thorough checks on all ticketing documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to international standards (IATA). Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and regulatory changes.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve ticketing discrepancies, schedule changes, and other travel-related issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Mandatory advanced proficiency in Galileo and Amadeus GDS.
  • Proven experience of 5-7 years as a Ticketing and Reservations Specialist, with a focus on international travel.
  • In-depth knowledge of international fare construction, ticketing rules, and IATA regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex itineraries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional stakeholder and client engagement.
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
