Job Summary
- We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facilities and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the company’s facilities.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safety standards across all areas.
- Coordinate with staff and management for efficient use of facilities.
- Supervise repairs, maintenance work, and vendor management.
- Maintain compliance with company policies on confidentiality and conduct.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facility management or a related role.
- Strong organisational and supervisory skills.
- Ability to coordinate maintenance schedules and oversee vendor performance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work standard hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday) and additional hours when needed.
Salary
N100,000 per month.
