Job Title: Digital Fundraising & Google Ads Specialist

Role Summary
- We are seeking a Digital Fundraising & Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our Google Ads Grant account and lead our digital fundraising campaigns.
- The ideal candidate is experienced in Google Ads, SEO/SEM strategies, and has a deep understanding of nonprofit marketing and donor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize SILF’s Google Ads Grant account to ensure compliance and performance.
- Develop compelling ad copy and campaigns to drive website traffic, donations, volunteer sign-ups, and program awareness.
- Create and execute digital fundraising strategies across channels (Google Ads, email marketing, landing pages).
- Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with the programs and communications teams to align digital efforts with SILF’s mission and campaigns.
- A/B test ad variations and implement data-driven improvements.
- Provide monthly reports and strategic recommendations for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Google Ads (preferably with nonprofits or Google Ads Grant accounts).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and fundraising campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data reporting tools.
- Ability to write clear, compelling ad copy and optimize for conversions.
- Familiarity with fundraising platforms and donor engagement strategies is a plus.
- Passion for social impact and commitment to advancing equity and justice.
