Job Description
- A digital salespersonidentifies potential customers through online platforms, engages them with tailored pitches and demonstrations of digital products or services, and closes deals while maintaining client relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Key responsibilities include developing digital sales strategies, leveraging CRM tools and digital platforms for lead management, analyzing sales data to optimize performance, collaborating with marketing teams, and staying current on industry trends to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and find potential customers using various digital channels and market research to build a sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement:
- Use digital platforms and social selling techniques to engage with prospects, understand their business needs, and communicate the value of digital products and services.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies, including creating and delivering compelling presentations and customized solutions.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals and close sales to meet revenue goals.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing teams to align digital marketing campaigns and promotions with sales efforts, as well as collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth client campaign implementation.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track sales activities and performance against targets, providing regular reports and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 3 – 4 relevant work experience.
- Digital Savvy:
- Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and various online platforms for communication and sales.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage clients effectively and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
- Sales Acumen:
- Strong sales aptitude with experience in consultative selling techniques and a results-oriented mindset.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.
- Marketing Knowledge:
- Understanding of digital marketing and content marketing to create effective sales content and strategies.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
