Job Title: Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Lakowe, Lagos
About the Role
- Our client, a fast-rising real estate company, is on the lookout for a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can deliver measurable results.
- This role is for serious professionals only – if you are innovative, data-driven, and passionate about converting digital traffic into qualified real estate leads, then this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-performing digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and other channels.
- Consistently drive quality lead generation and optimize conversions using CRM tools.
- Create compelling content and ad creatives that engage target audiences.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure generated leads are effectively nurtured into sales.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing (experience in real estate is a must advantage).
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, paid ads, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot/CRM.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
- Must be disciplined, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
